RRB NTPC 2019 Exam updates
The official employment notification for RRB NTPC 2019 recruitment was released on 28 February 2019. The online application process was started from 1 March 2019 to 31 March 2019. Railways has now officially announced that RRB NTPC 2019 CBT-1 has been postponed due to covid19. The revised schedule will later be published on all RRB official websites. Railways has advised the candidates to visit the official websites of RRB frequently to announce the RRB NTPC 2019-20 exam dates and the date of issue of admit cards. Earlier, the provisional months for the RRB NTPC First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) were June to September 2019.

RRB NTPC 2019-20 Typing Skill Test (TST) – For posts Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist, Senior Time Guard, Junior Clerk Cum Typist, Accounting Clerk Cum Typist and Junior Time Keeper, Typing Skill Test (TST) of qualifying nature (marks obtained in typing skill test Will not be added for merit) for which candidates equal to eight times the number of vacancies for each community will be called for.

Important note:
- The candidate should only be able to type on a personal computer without typing tools and spell check facility.
- For the guidelines of those coming for typing skill test in Hindi, Kriti Dev and Mangal font will be made available for typing skill test on personal computer.
- Exemption in typing skill test may be given to candidates who are permanently disabled due to blindness / low vision, cerebral palsy and loco motor disability with less than 40% permanent disability. Such eligible PWD candidates are required to upload a scan copy of the Typing Skill Test Examination Certificate issued by the competent medical board on the concerned RRB website before conducting the typing skill test.
- Merit will be drawn for qualified candidates based on performance in 2nd Stage CBT only for PwBD candidates exempted from TST or TST.
4. RRB NTPC 2019-20 Document verification – Based on the performance of the candidates for In1st Stage and 2nd Stage CBT and CBAT / TST (as applicable), candidates equal to the number of vacancies will be called for document verification as per their merit and options
5. RRB NTPC 2019-20 Last Phase Medical Examination – The appointment of the selected candidates is subject to the final verification of the required medical fitness test, educational and community certificates to be conducted by the Railway Administration and verification of the candidates or character of the candidates.
